Bad for you how?

The fat in yogurt is more "good fat" than "bad fat" (I am talking about artery clogging and whatnot here).

On the other hand, full fat yogurt has a lot more calories so if you are trying to lose weight, it is "bad" for you in that way. As far as yogurt goes, also pay attention to the sugar content... a lot o f yogurts have tons of added sugar which also adds calories.

Otherwise, READ THE FREAKING LABEL.

Take a look at the label. How many calories, fats and sugars does it have? The next time you are at the grocery store, compare it to other brands. Low fat yogurts are better because they usually have less fat, calories and sugar, but at the same time you want to make sure they aren't loaded with sweetners (which most are) because sweetners are really bad for you if you eat them often.

People have been eating full fat yogurt for thousands of years and living to ripe old ages. The sugar and artificial sweeteners in modern flavored yogurts is a different question.

dairy is just bad for you in general. all dairy products contain significant amojnts of saturated fat, allergy inciting cow protein, pesticides, as well as a large load of phosphates which neutralizes the benefits of calcium.

the people who pay for those dairy commercials are the same peop[le who sell the products. in fact, dairy is the cause of most diseases in the world today.
