She finds herself in a dificult situation. Thus God shows up....in her mind...out of necessity.

She'll come ou ta nun or something.
Will dedicate to a stupid scietology-type religion and be the role model for millions of stupid, mindless teenage girls.

There's a very good possibility that Paris has found the prisoner's favorite stress reliever: jailhouse religion. She's scared and embarrassed and may have called on God for comfort and strength, not to mention the hopes that her "faith" will keep other convicts from targeting her on the inside. Whatever her motives (and they very well COULD be genuine), it isn't our place to judge. If she's faking it, God will judge her. In any event, I hope she really did find God...

I for one understand Jesus is at present in Huntsville State detention center right here in Texas. If any of you doubt me, bypass to a parole listening to & lsten to the inmate testimony to the reality... anybody of them has "got here across Jesus." As for Paris, she has had a dose of certainty for the 1st time in her privledged vacant existence. Like serving interior the militia, reformatory time could make or destroy a individual... the result rests on her sholders. She's very fortunate she did no longer kill somebody together with her ineffective irresponsible movements & is getting a mandatory lesson at taxpayer cost.

Nah, I think the holy ghost (or whatever) responds faster for prisoners, not just celebrities. Apparently it looks good to the parole board if you've "found god".

Certain celebrities will say anything that gets them publicity. Paris just pressed the right button and now she is laughing to herself. After she gets out, amnesia will set in regarding God.

The "holy ghost" responds most quickly to the simple minded and weak-willed.

Paris is an excellent example of both.

I personally have not heard that she had found Jesus. I pray that is the truth where do you get your information? Of course the Holy Spirit does not respond faster to a celebritie his response is to the human heart seeking for God. For that person (whoever they might be) by earth standards makes no difference "The heart that is truly seeking God WILL find him.

Paris Hilton's relationship with God is her own business. How can any of us know what is in her heart, and why should we even be discussing it?

Celebrities are just one of Americans' current idols. Quit worshiping them, quit meditating on them.

Somewhere behind the unreal, public persona there is a human being who is hurting. Look to your own soul, and let Paris Hilton work out her salvation alone.

The Holy Ghost is God.

I hope she really has. But time only will tell.

Considering her record she may be doing this as another one of her stunts, I hope not.

Which is worse: Paris Hilton's life style and irresponsibility to give back to the world.....or.....the reaction of people who are out for her blood. I say, pray for the woman and hope for the best. It's up to her to prove any change, but, at least give her the grace God has afforded each of us to make that change and be right with Him. We are all sinners. Does it somehow make us feel better to see someone else get their just rewards? I can't join that band wagon. But, by the grace of God go I. And to what benefit is it to anyone personally to be glad at another's troubles? How much more do we benefit by showing compassion. No, I don't condone her past behavior, nor do I condemn her. It just doesn't make me feel better to kick anyone when they're down. I know in my heart it is better for me personally, to be generous and to pray for them. I think it is just and right to put her in jail for her actions, but I don't enjoy seeing her suffer and I think there's something wrong about that.
