I bought a new 2007 honda civic hybrid on may 12. I added the spoilers but they didn't have them at that time. They told me to call later.. I've calling and they keep telling me they still don't have them yet. Mad and everything 3 weeks later I came to the dealership and they told me they will get them and call me back..today 12th haven't call me.. today is one month already.... what is my right to cancell??.. I told them I want to cancell and they said that's not possible since the cars is already paid by the bank...blah blah... What can I do??,, what are my rights??,, please help me.... thanks a lot!!

Sort of confusing question but let me see if I got it right. You bought a new car that you are driving now. You bought some accessories that they would add later. It has been one month now and you want to cacel the accessories. And they say no because they were financed in the deal. Is that right. I am assuming since you cannot answer me that this is the case.
Now I am going to tell you my feelings on the matter since I have been selling cars a long time.
You ask what legal rights do you have? Well unless it was stated in the contract the accessories to be added would be added by a certain date you are screwed. Yes it has taken a long time but the only thing you can do is # 1 wate # 2 take them to court (only to be thrown out) So Wate!! Be patient!! Maybe there would be an option #3 Have them cut you a check back for the amount of the acc. and let you include it with your first payment. I hope I have helped. Good Luck!!

Unfortunately, they are kind of right. By taking delivery on the car before all of the assessories were in, you accepted the purchase. The bank apid for the spoiler when you finaced. So if anyone is to get the money back for the spoiler it would be your bank.
