When we should use the word "Spiffy"?

Do we use that a lot these days? Is "Spiffy" only use in US ?
How about in UK or AUS?

spiffing was word used years ago in england, meaning very good but the word faded out in the mid 20th century.

Like a great many words, spiffy had its heyday a long time ago, and is now, at least in my experience, way out of fashion. Unless youngters are reviving it, which I would not know, I recommend that you give it a pass and find a fashionable word that is more in vogue now.

i dont know about other places but i use spiffy as a name for a friend who works for my uncle, thats literaly his name...

Spiffy means, good-looking, clean-cut, well-groomed, clean-up and all that good stuff.

just don't say it. ever. no. unless your 60 and no one care swhat you sound like. one time my teacher said my new shoes were "spiffy". totally nerdy!
