It´s French, but not written right. It should be like this: Je ne regrette rien. In English it means: I don´t regret anything. The famous French singer Edith Piaf sang a song with that title many years ago and it was famous all over the world.

The previous two answerers are presuming--as indeed, I would--that what your friend wrote is even sloppier than your "Afriend" and the run-on sentence it's in. Good French would be "Je regrette rien." 20 times more common, counting Google hits, is "Je ne regrette rien." This is partly because French does NOT object to "double negatives," and partly because "Non, je ne regrette rien" is one of French singer Édith Piaf's most famous recordings. (If you include hits on non-French sites, the second version is 30 times more common.)

It's often used with the word "certain" ~ as in, "She has a certain je ne sais quoi". It means a unique style. A certain "something ~ I don't know what". It's generally a compliment.

Your friend misspelled the phrase, it's 'Je regrette rien' [or rather 'Je ne regret rien']; I regret nothing or I don't regret anything.
