I am a 16yo girl, and I have been sleeping nude for about 2 years.
I suggest you talk to your Dad (bc you are male) about how you want to sleep nude. If you have your own room then it should be no big deal. If you are the type of family that knocks before entering each others rooms then it should be fine. Worst case, someone walks in on you as you are getting out of bed or something. No different to the risk now of them walking in on you as you are getting changed.
If your Dad freaks, then I guess don't do it. When I started I talked to my Mum, and she said it was cool provided I got dressed before I came downstairs. I thought that was fair. Your sisters might be grossed out by the idea, but then maybe you'll get more peace and quiet :-)
Hope that helps
B

Good question.
When you are in your room, lock the door and start by the first time not having a top.Next time when you are used to being without a top then remove your inner panty and have only the pant, later have non of them. You will be naked.
If you are using a shared room, do the same but keep your clothes near you lest your sisters hde them and you walk naked looking for them.
You also need to be looking at your body in the miror while you are nude, for many minutes study it and appreciate every part of you. You will not be terrified lieing there nude.
In case you find it easy, just jump in all nude tonight and sleep that way ccoz its your bed, make sure you cover yourself and nobody comes to open your beddings while you are tucked in man!!!

You should start by sleeping with several layers of clothing on. Underwear, long underwear, shorts, with sweatpants, undershirt, with shirt, then sweatshirt, socks, and a knitted cap. Every week remove a single item before you go to bed. So week 1 you would remove only the knitted cap, week 2 remove the knitted cap and socks, etc. until you are sleeping in the nude. Easy!

Either,
1. Suggest that the family become naturists, or
2. Place something heavy against your side of the door, thus preventing it from being opened from the outside even with a key.. or
3. Stop worrying, they've probably seen your wee winkey already and might not want an encore.

Just sleep in a pair of boxers in case of a fire. You are too young now and I am sure you don't get privacy. Ask the question again in 3-4 years or when you have more privacy and we will answer again.
But to be honest sleep in your boxers because my ex's house caught on fire when he was 13 and all he had was a blanket and he said it was in the winter. He always advised to sleep in something you can run outside in in case there is a fire.

I sleep nude all the time ..now I would never wear clothes in bed it seems unnatural, you get all tied up and twisted, But I see what you mean your mum bought you a nice pair of tartan pyjamas and you cant let her see that your not wearing them. Tough one that!.. makes the problems of the world seem futile.

If you have a lock on your bedroom door, then sleep nude. If you don't and everyone has access to your room, I wouldn't recommend it. Wait until you have your own place.

Tell your family if they don't want a shock (or need a good laugh) don't come into your room w/out knocking. Then before you go to bed, just remove your clothes (you can leave your briefs at bedside in case you need to jump into them quickly), then get into bed and go to sleep....it's thats easy!

When you go into your room at night, close your bedroom door. Then, remove your clothing, and get into bed without putting on any pajamas. In the morning, when you get up, put clothes on before you open your bedroom door.
Hope this helps.
