Which one is a helthier (overall) choice for breakfast?
1. eggs, whole grain toast, skim milk
2. oatmeal, apple, turkey bacon

oatmeal, apple and turkey bacon. The oatmeal helps reduce cholestrol, apple is high on fiber and turkey bacon is leaner the pork bacon

1. 2 eggs, 1 whole grain toast, 1/2 pint skim milk = around 160kcal
2. oatmeal, 1 apple, 1 slice turkey bacon = around 210kcal


Not much difference.. but i'd say #1. Protein and fibre. Turkey bacon sounds quite fatty.
