Try eating something small at first, or just a few bites of something each morning and gradually increase until you have a whole breakfast. I had the same problem and had to force myself to eat in the morning and I no longer have the probem now.

I'm the same, where I need my coffee before anything and the problem there is the caffiene makes me less hungry, but i end up being famished my 10:00 so I make an effort to eat something even small, toast or half a bagel. breakfast doesn't have to be huge just enough to get started for the entire day and help curb overeating at lunch time.

Definitely. You need a good breakfast to keep you going. People who eat breakfast are also less likely to overeat during the day. It doesn't have to be much--a bowl of cereal and a glass of juice is enough, but you need something in your stomach.

I think you should force yourself to take breakfast, even the doctors will advise you to always take breakfast. i have been skipping breakfast too until i ended up with an ulcer.

You dont have to eat a breakfast meal. I have lunch at breakfast if im hungry - I'll have noodles, or soup, or a sandwich for breakfast.

Dont force yourself to eat if your not hungry, i feel sick somtimes if i eat breakfast

Never skip breakfast or any meal for that matter, it is the most important meal of the day...think of it as a motor, it needs fuel to function, so does your body...it needs food to start the day.

yes!!! breakfast is the most important meal daily... without breakfast, your energy level will begin to dip and you will gain weight...
