It is for my brother in law. We would like it somehow to mention time or at least be relavent to a time piece.

The typical thing to do is to just have the names and the date of marriage. The watch could say "Mark & Joanne, 6/12/2007"

Don't try to be "cute" with a quote about time. It may be wasted effort.

Here are a few quotes I like:

Love vanquishes time. To lovers, a moment can be eternity, eternity can be the tick of a clock. (Mary Parrish)

Come out of the circle of time
And into the circle of love. (Rumi)

Is it from you , or his wife to be?

How about:
Eternity is is touched by words "I DO"

To loves eternal flame!

May the hard times be short
and the good times be Sweet!

If from her then:
Eternally yours!

Ok ok, I am finished! Nice gift idea, and hope it all goes well!
