Whether God still sends angels as he did in the past is not scripturaly known, most likely he could. But for sure its still possible. As you see below there is an influence on earth today of wicked angels, so most likely his faithful angels still can inter our domain.
(Revelation 12:7-12) 7 And war broke out in heaven: Mi′cha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death. 12 On this account be glad, YOU heavens and YOU who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”

All religions are cults. Catholicism is a cult, Buddhism is a cult, Islam is a cult. They are all the same when you look at it. The only problem is that in today's world the word "cult" is usually associated with a religion that is looked at as being different in some way, shape, or form. Lots of people view Jehovah's Witnesses to be a cult because they do not celebrate holidays, go to war, take blood, etc. But when you look at it, all of these beliefs they hold dear are in accordance with the Bible which they believe to be the word of God. So really their religion isn't "cult like" as many people would think a cult would be today. I mean they aren't telling everyone to go out and kill themselves like Jim Jones did. But as I said before, it is a religion, and sense technically all religions are cults, they are a cult also.

God can use an angel to fulfill his word, Yes we all have a gaudian angel, But sometimes God will send along an angel to speak to someone like for instance a death in the family, But ANY ANGEL that goes contray to the bible is not an angel of God, The bible says that the ministers of God is an angel of light how much more can satan transform his angels into that of light. Paul also said if an angel from heaven comes down & preach unto you any other gospel then what we have preached, let him be accursed, always remember satan angels can transform themselves into that of an angel of light, But one thing they don't have, The TRUTH . And that makes a big difference.

Angels go where they are directed. It could very well be angels without anyone being aware of it.
I would also point out the other verses of that 13th chapter. Particularly that first paragraph. There is described the true followers of Jesus. Brotherly love among themselves. Remember those persecuted as followers of Jesus. Keep marriages free from fornication. Not be lovers of money. Those taking the lead must be examples by their conduct to imitate their faith.
You must ask yourselves, How does my religion stack up to that?

While Angels can certainly travel to earth to do God's works. It is only fallen Angels that give residents.
Rev 12:7 - neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him.

Yes.
You can also think of it this way, in very simplistic terms: remember the kid that got picked on all the time in high school, seemed like a nice fellow, never bothered anyone? Imagine one day when the biggest high school bully shows up for court and looks up at the bench and sees the geek kid sitting up there in a robe. Do you think he would then regret his actions in high school? Likewise, if you were the kid that made friends with the geeky kid, ate lunch with him, talked to him, if in later years you fell upon hard times and made a mistake, do you think that he would show compassion upon you if you appeared before him in his courtroom? Probably. Long story short: Don't judge a book by its cover.

A very strong possibility from the way I interpret that.
Born-again Christian here.........I also believe that angels are ministering spirits for the saints (believers) according to Hebrews 1:14

From a non-Christian point of view, I'd interpret this as referring to the law of hospitality. I'd say that there is an obligation on Christians to give sustenance to strangers at their door.
