Who is a black girl has dated two white men in the past. Every time she wants a proper relationship with them they always tell her that never what a serious relationship.
Is it that they are ashamed to take home a black girl home to meet family/friends?
Just using her for one 'thing'.
Both have said to her that they are not racist.

I think they were probably using her for one thing, but without knowing the men in question we could only ever speculate that it was race related, I doubt it though

When you say proper relationship then I presume you mean leading to marriage....now that raises all sorts of questions...It may be that they do not know how their parents will react, or how they would cope with a mixed race child...It would really take a strong love for someone to overcome these supposed obstacles... without meaning to be racist or hurtful, anyone who marries other than in a 'normal' relationship, say with an older partner, or a disabled partner, have a great deal to consider....I don't think they are using her, just not willing to commit to what could be a relationship with many potential problems, needs a man of very strong character, but they are out there...of course these problems don't arise with a black partner....the same thing does not seem to occur between a black man and a white woman for some reason.

Are you saying 2 out of 2 guys have said this or are there more guys? I wouldn't say that the colour of her skin has anything to do with it... I'm not looking for a relationship at the moment and I make a point of saying that to dates (Well... not on the first one) I guess that if she wants to find a chap to settle down with she must NOT sleep with them straight away! And be honest wth people... hint that she's looking for something special (Don't use the word serious) but by the same token don't take things to heart too much, just go with the flow :-)

I dont think they are racist. If they were they sure wouldnt be dating her. Maybe she is a little demanding and scares them off. Maybe they dont want to take her to meet mum and dad. I think maybe there was an attraction and she was too full on and they bail? Black men know how to handle them. White men dont. They may just be experimenting. Hard to say as you dont give enough info. Maybe they are just using her. But i really doubt its a racism thing. Shes just picked 2 asssholes in a row, thats all.

To be honest even a person who isn't racist will seriously reconsider a relationship with a person of another race.
There are many factors but it mostly boils down to their perception of what others will say about the.
On the other hand many men will accept a casual fling without commitment.
I speak some Swahili, I've had Kenyans live with me, I even find them attractive. One asked me out and I went stone cold. I could see myself being with her while she was there, but didn't hear wedding bells.
I also speak a little Japanese and couldn't bear to marry one.
I eventually did marry an Asian girl, but I found it easier because she wasn't all that "Asiatic".
I'm certainly no racist, I loved them all, I just couldn't overcome my genetic imperative to promote similar genes to my own and to avoid the loss of face to my "troupe".

i would say a little of all three, white guys arent as open in letting everyone know the like black ladies, as much as white women who is dating a black guy you just dont see a white guy with a black girl as often but if she ever finds the right guy no matter what the race it want matter to them so tell her to keep dating whomever she wants until the right one comes along.

I'm white and my fiance is black...his parents are black and white it doesn't really bother him or them my parents on the other hand don't like it at all. it depents on how old they are though...how old was your friend? how old were the guys she was dating? there are a lot of guys out there that just want sex and not be tied to a relationship. I'm just trying to give them the benifit of the doubt they might be kinda ashamed...idk

maybe shes just dating the wrong men. There a plenty of guys who are ready for a serious realtionship. Maybe she should find out their intentions before she sleeps with them( if that's what's happening)

Well, it sounds like it really had to do with her color... But maybe not, you can't know it for sure... But if a boy refuses a girl just because of the color of her skin, I think he's not wort her.

Some guys go out with girls like your friend for all the wrong reasons, the main one being because it will get them noticed by their friends.
These guys sound like time wasters, tell your friend she needs to choose who she dates more carefully.
