what are the exercises that should be done to get you in shape for boxing ? i know that i should do push ups, set ups, jumping rope, heavy bag, speed bag and shadow boxing.. what else should i do ? can you tell me plz in what order these exercises should be done ? and for how long ? can you plz help me with a little details.. by the way my body is already in a good shape cuz i left weights and my body is shaply built, im asking about these exercises to get flexible and faster during movement that boxing requires.. thank you very much

Try running to build your endurance or swimming.Cardio is more important than anything else when you wanna box if you cant boxx for more than 2 rounds your in trouble.As far as how long always work until fatigue.

Your first job would be BOXING KIPPERS.
