Tammy has a point about the videoing. If the RSPCA turn up, and the dogs look well fed and are watered, there's nothing they can do. Not unless the cruelty shows in actual signs of abuse or neglect.

You need to call them. They have a 24 hour emergency helpline for this very purpose, and the number is 0870 55 55 999. All calls are treated confidentially.

Would you rather the dogs were put down. If the RSPCA sieze the dogs, they will most likely put them down as there are far more dogs in their kennels than there are people looking to adopt a mature age dog.

Just jump ova the fence and get the dog,
then report to the police and explain what they are doing,
Maybe take a vidio footage or them actually being crule 2 the dog then show the police, the police can do something about this.
help the poor dog

Just call them and say you want to remain anonymous. They will absolutely respect your wishes, because everyone knows how annoyed neighbors can be.

Good luck and call soon! Those dogs deserve better.
