We have been going around for 4 years now and my bf wants to break up now...and i dont want to ...he comes up with lame reasons every now and then.
Last time the excuse was my weight and i lost the extra pounds and am just the perfect weight according to my height and age now...He used to pester me for losing weight infact make me feel bad in public and i used to be so depressed all the time.he assured me that if i lose weight he will love me again ( i know that was one hell of a mistake to believe him).
Then somehow it went alright for a few months...
it was going on fine and now he comes up with another excuse to break up saying he is leaving for australia in december and he wants to break up now coz it will be hard later on...
I dont understand one thing...
If he talks about break up why cant he just do it ..why does he come back into the relationship after sometime...i guess its my fault also that i let him do this again and again with me...
am confused ???

All young men have hormones that tell them they need sex and it does not matter if its a long term relationship or not he gets his bit then wants out but before he knows it he wants another bit so your silly enough to be available he resets you up ~~

your boyfriend sounds like an immature tosser - I cant imagine why you would want to be with someone who plays with your feelings like that.

He has absolutely no right to insult you about your weight - he should love the person inside or if not he should finish with you.

It's hard to let go of someone who you've been close to, but he is just making you feel bad about yourself and upsetting you. Sorry but he sounds like a complete loser and you'd be better of without him. You'll find someone who truly loves you for the great person you are, so finish with this man, change your phone number and dont waste another second thinking about him

no one deserves to be treated like crap and you shouldn't allow this to happen to yourself. if he really loves you he would never do anything to hurt you even emotionally. he's not respecting you anymore at all also. he keeps coming back just because he wants your company or just want something else. a guy making excuses like that is obviously being an *** and just want to stay away from you.

i guess its time for you to move on rather than allowing this to contiue. its not doing you any good. there are lots of guys out there and it's impossible not to find another one who's going to treat you right. if you want to discuss about this more you can mail me at menina_filipina@yahoo.com

he wants out but you are holding on so tightly. Plus you keep letting him back in. Its hard but give him the distance he wants and do not put up a fight. That will give him something to think about. Do it in your best outfit, hairstyle and some great perfume. Good luck....

Let him go, and find someone more deserving of your time! It doesn't seem like he's worth you being so sad and confused. If he wants to go then you shouldn't stop him, and find somebody who will really make you happy.

if he loves you he won't ask you to break up because of your weight. he is just used to being in a relationship with you. just break up with him and move on.
