theres this stupid girl, a friend all she does is moan about her men and her bf and how they dont constantly show her love 24/7. for example they are going out tonight and she doesn't like to go out with people in big groups because shes shy. so her man has gone ahead and invited people because nothing is wrong with socializes. so she has gone and moaned and moaned about her bf he does this blah blah he doesn't understand he doesn't show me love every minute, Jesus

Well dude i'm shy...does that make me self centered too? she may not be ready to meet as a couple with large groups yet and seems like her bf would consider that. In a relationship there's this thing called understanding? It's kind of important for healthy dating I would think. Anyway I wouldn't call her self centered, I would call him inconsiderate.

She sounds like an idiot to me. If she's not happy she needs to reassess what she wants out of life instead of moaning about it. She sounds like shes a bit of hard work. Its no wonder the boyfriend goes out without her. Good on him. Most girls who are confident in themselves are not self centred like this.

Could it be that you attract those type of friends?
not that it is your fault you might just be unlucky or you don't know how to handle situations with girls if you are her friend I think you should be there for her give her advice don't just conclude that she's self centered it could be something else.

maybe if you weren't always complaining and being nice to her about it and sympathizing and helping her out, she wouldn't have to be moaning and stuff!

It looks like you are lumping all girls with the one you are talking about.
It may be that she is so insecure that she acts like the way she does. She looks like she is afraid of loosing him, but if she continues to act that way she will loose him.
Someone should tell her to knock it off or she will loose him.
