Reality: Everyone including atheists know the Christian god, God is real. We know he is real since we call him God with a capital "G" -- that proves it right there. The more than 2,500 accounted for "gods" are all made up to attempt to draw Christians away from the one True god, God. All these non-Christians hate Christians, as well as God.

Fact:
Atheists have no belief in any of the hypothetical beings called gods.
"... the Christian god, God is real." Huh?
There is more than one Christian version of god.
Some Christians tell me Jesus is god, along with the Father, and the Holy Ghost. They incoherently tell me these three persona's are one god.
Other Christians tell me that Jesus is the son of god, but not god himself.
Capital "G" proves what?
That the people who set up that rule were theists. I break that grammar rule. I capitalize the names of specific gods such as Zeus, Jesus, Allah, Prometheus.....
You are aware that the names of fictional characters are capitalized ?
"Attempt to draw Christians away...." Kind of self centered. Many god came before the legendary Jesus.
I hate Christianity, but I love Christians.

I've seem xtian fundies and missionaries act despicably which doesn't mean there are not rabid atheists out there, there are. The one thing that makes a rabid atheist better than a rabid missionary is the atheist usually isn't working for an institution trying to steal your soul. Doesn't sound like this is your problem which means you've got a leg up on the local atheists. The difference between sharing and shoving is generally that one is welcome to share while the idiot generally has an excuse to keep you from closing the door entirely on the tirade.

If you would know a little more about the world than religion you would also know that "the gods who were made to draw the Christians away from GOD" were there long before "THE GOD", whose "reality" we were taught only from the bible, but "he" was there several years before in other places, and before him were most of the others
gods, only changing names within the years and homelands.

For everyone you mean just you. We have a capital 'S' for Santa and the Muslims have a capital 'A' for Allah, capital 'J' for Jupiter and a capital 'Z' for Zeus. So there we are I can still choose which god or God cant I.
Oh and by the way god with or wothout a capital is a load of bu**.

Actually, the capital G thing is a convention and not all atheists use it, myself included.
You want me to take a lie detector test about your God? I'm telling you now I would pass as a true unbeliever.

You see these religious fanatics just don't seem to be able to conprehend the concept of Atheism. Atheists do not believe in gods in the sense of an all powerful superbeing who sits on high and controls and directs events, but that does not mean that they do not believe that there is a higher power that is responsible for and fundamental to the existence of all things.
Atheism is the intelligent persons religion and organised religion is reserved for people who cannot think for themselves and have to have a little story attached to help them believe.

Considerste atheist say God with the capital both to protect the sensitivities of Christians, and as you say to differentiate him from other gods.
As you know in the bible there are lots of gods, some of which came to earth to canoodle with human females, a part of Genesis that has always intrigued me.

And also, I don't believe in the christian God. Putting capitals doesn't mean that I think he is real. It doesn't prove anything. Sorry. Also, you put 'the Christian god' does that mean you don't believe in him?

I don't hate Christians. I don't hate anyone. Neither, I think, do most atheists. What we hate is being called foolish or stupid because we don't believe in your gods (small "g"). Personally I don't care what anyone believes. I leave people alone about what they believe. I wish Christians extended me the same courtesy.
I just don't want religionists pushing their beliefs to become laws, nor do I want their biblical fairy tales taught as scientific facts in publicly-funded schools.
