Or do you think they just want affirmation on what they have already decided on doing? I think few people fall into the first category, but most fall into the last. That is my honest opinion. What is yours?

Generally, people want to be told opinions that they can understand. It also depends on the race, like my race, which is a category of latino is so ignorant & they only want to hear opinions that make them happy or that they can agree on. Either that or they would say they don't want to hear it unless their bosses demand them to listen to them.

In my experience on here....it depends on the age & the sex of the poster...

young kids are lookin g for approval & attention

teens/young adults are looking to be told they are right or screw with people

adults, generally seem to be here asking for actual opinions..

When you ask a question, you should want an honest answer, however, you are probably right.
