I have this friend with benefits who I talk to on the phone about once a week or so, but we don't see each other all that often. We've known each other for over a year now and he has always asked me since day the day I met him "Do you have a boyfriend?" "Are you sure you don't have a boyfriend?" or "Anybody you're 'talking' to?" etc. And recently he started calling me "baby". Not sure what this means, but I hope this means that he likes me. What do you think?

Yeah i think he does! Next time he asks if you have a boyfriend say 'if i did what would you do' I am sure then he will let you know if he likes you, or if not you will know by his reaction. Good luck x

I think communication in a relationship is the only way it can last. I would ask him. Maybe you can be creative with the question..."Hey baby...what's with the baby?" Or...."Hypothetically....when you call someone baby...what does it mean to you?" Good Luck!
