If you love them I would think the answer would be self-evident.

i dont know what one should do but i must tell u of one of my colleague's had been detected with oral cancer 2years before wedding n his girlfriend still got married to him sad to tell however we lost him last year to cancer in spite of chemo n stuff, just a year n half after their wedding. A bold decision that girl took what mental preparations she had to plunge into this challenge. I think u need COURAGE to take such decisions

Enjoy the time that remains with them and create happy memories for the time when they are no longer with you...that's all you can do. Your time will also come and hopefully, somebody will miss you as well! Nobody gets out of this life alive, remember that.

I would be devastated but i would be strong and take care of them. It would be hard but i think i would regret it forever if i didnt do everything i could to be selfless and supportive. I am sorry if this has happened to you x
