I would recommend the Redken hair care line. You can find it in most of your local salons. I would go to your salon and tell the stylist your hair type and what you're looking for in your hair. How you plan to style it, is it fine/course, etc and they should be able to advise you to the best shampoo for you. I would say when in doubt Redkens "Clear Moisture" would be best. It is moisturizing without being too heavy. The price for professional product is a bit more expensive but well worth it. It won't have any of the fillers that grocery store brands have. Also a little will go a long way with a professional product so you will be buying it less often. Good luck to you. Hope I have been of some help.

Peronsally, I love John Frieda's Brilliant Brunette. I absolutely adore it. But the price is completely ridiculous so I don't use it anymore, it took me a while to find a kind of shampoo that I liked, finally I found it with Panteen Moisturizing.

It just depends on your hair type; if you have soft, thin hair then you don't want a moisturizer - you want a volumizer; if you have thick, dry hair - moisturizer is the way to go; curly hair, find some curl enhancing shampoo.

ThermaSilk is also really good for all types of hair if you're big on heat products.

And, personally, I find Treseme' leaves my hair dry and brittle and hard to manage.

So just shop around until you find the perfect one for you.

The kind you like using. Don't follow other peoples belief systems. It's only a sales pitch to get you to buy it. Your friend! Shamoo

If anything throw an egg in your hair!!

Well..I don't think you'd want Shamu in your hair. :P

I just use the regular stuff (I'm a guy) head and shoulders.
