robin: You err in assuming that God "created suffering". God created humans with free-will to choose. In a sense since God created humans to feel suffering when he or she is subjugated to SIN - going in a direction which is contrary to the instructions of God. This is not evil but a means of feed-back for the human race (corrective measure). Hitler, Stalin, China, Cambodia - never embraced "God" - they had no knowledge of Him nor wanted any ! They were "Atheists" and the world was not " better" as you have surmized !
P.S. "Bert" labels all Christians as , dumb & unintelligent. My brother in-law is a professor of nuclear physics and teaches atheists daily at University. Guess what ? He is also, a Christian. "Bert" I feel really sorry for the people you deal with.

The equation is wrong. God created humans, that's correct. But suffering is created by people through their separation from God by sinning. Humans have freewill. We are responsible for our own behavior.

"Embrace Atheism. If nobody believed in "God" and there was no such thing as religion, imagine how better the world would be..."
And yet here you still are obsessing, Resist is futile

If you take away God and religion there will still be suffering, who will you blame for it then.
You don't have a religion and no God, you said so yourself, is your life better off than those that believes?
Man was created to worship. If not God, then he'll worship something else, a stone, a piece of wood, and maybe. . himself.

To everything that exists, there must be an opposite.
Happiness could not exist without sadness.
Love could not exist without hatred.
Pleasure cannot exist without suffering.
If you wanna get philosophical, why not ask that old logical fallacy "if God is all powerful, can he create a rock that he can't lift?"
It's much more of a brain teaser.
God bless ;)

I'm pretty sure that applying the transitive property to religion has been done billions of times. And you got your terms wrong when labeling.
oh and long answer guy. Not everything is made of water, and knowledgeable people, even in ancient times, knew that the world was spherical. In effect, the Qur'an is wrong about two things, and repetitive on another. There are NO gods and not everything is water, and we already knew that the earth was a sphere
BlTCH! got owned.

Instead of making stuff up use this....
Isaiah 45:7
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.
It needs to be put into a context though. Trying to do it the way you are doing it won't work at all. It just comes across as argumentative.

You obviously are speaking without knowledge of the book of Genesis (Bible - Old Testament - First Book), because in it you will read that Satan is the author of suffering. Because Satan corrupted Eve in the garden of Eden, and she in return corrupted Adam, they were banished from Eden. God said eat of everything but one fruit, they disobeyed and allowed Satan to attach himself to them by disobedience, they had to suffer the consequences. Living a Christian life is a rough road at times and some people are just to scared to give up things that are corrupting their lives and follow God. By not following the Creator of all things, we open ourselves to be temped, corrupted and controlled by Satan. You have the right to say prove God exists, you want to see him to believe in him. I'm just glad for your sake that you don't want to see air, before you believe it exists and breath. Not everything in our lives can be seen by each and every living person. Science says it is there so we believe them, could they be lying, NO, it's there and Christians believe in Science also, because God gives wisdom as one of his many talents. God Bless You, Keep on asking questions, and Keep on giving answers, that's how we learn.
