Yes meditation for all.
Meditation is not a religious practice.
It is our nature.
We have lost or forgotton, to be in meditative stage.
Just watch a child, They live meditatively.
They live moment to moment.
Once the ' I ' conscious develops child come out of that stage.
Meditation was there even before buddha.
The purpose of meditation is to live moment to moment, here & Now.
Many think that meditation is a spiritual
practice and may not able to live normal life.
Everything can be meditatively done, working, eating, reading, sleeping.
even sex.

Hindus meditate too. But I think everyone can benefit from meditating. It is peaceful.

but be careful meditation may cause u to disconnect from real life. i heard it increased release of sex hormones in India which is why the population is about 1 billion.
