How to improve making out with my girlfriend?

My girlfriend has never made out or kissed a guy before me. We've made out four or five times and its not bad but, its not spectacular either..
She's reluctant to touch my tongue, but occasionally will, and very rarely uses her tongue with me (sticks it in my mouth lol) She's kinda sloppy too..How can I improve this? Also, its became a kinda the same every time. I initiate and we kiss for a while, then I'll slowly move down her cheek to her neck, rest there for a few seconds, maybe say something nice to her, then move my way back up to kiss again. Is there a way I can "spice" things up a bit? Also, how long is a reasonable time to make out?

As long as you want to. there is not a set limit. Grab her hair when you kiss, she'll get the message. If you want something, you've got to lead the way. Get creative, and she'll follow you.

kiss her lips , the slowly go to her neck then realy showly tern her and kiss on her neck from back and hug her tight.
then again showly come in front of her and kiss on her lips and cheek then her neck the realy slowly go down and down and lick on centre on her breast (1st ask her can i lick there then lick).
if will be very spicy
