Where is sacremental / altar wine produced?

Is it true that it is made int he Vatican and distributed to various places over the globe?

Or do they have distilleries that produce such a wine?

It can be any brand of wine. Ours is supplied to the church for free by a parishioner who owns a liquor store. There are many different brands used.
