Start your day with a big breakfast, control the stress in your life, take your vitamins, excercise frequently and enjoy life... Have fun. The more you laugh, sleep and love the happier and healthier you'll be.

Back to the same old answer.... The answer is very old and popular.. and followed by no one...

Be regular.. as much as possible....
Food habit...
Sleeping habit...
exercising... What ever u can do without straining ur body...

This will definitely helpful to be healthy.. So how success comes into picture... Yeh ofcourse..

If u are regular.. U will be punctual.. It is the very very important... to ur carrier... added to that

Always concentrate on ur work...
The bitter truth is Mind ur work...
Less entertainment,.. WHen comes to the entertainment part... Do as if u are born to enjoy
dont unncessarily open the yahoo answers and answer for questions like I do...

You can not only be successful.. also happy...

I know that, I dont follow that.. no one ready to follow it.. Because everyone cant be successful and happy
