I have semi-flat nipples and I really wanna get them piercied. I think it will help in achieving orgasm. Will my nipples be ok being that they are kinda flat??

I don't know if piercing them will help you achive orgasm, but most people find their nipples a lot more sensitive after being pierced.
It will help your nipples to be more prominent. Piercing is a way of correcting inverted nipples. Having flat nipples shouldn't be a problem when it comes to piercings (as I said, it's possible to pierce inverted nipples)
Just remember that you can't allow anyone to come into contact with the piercings for at least 12 weeks. You risk infection if you do. This includes all bodily fluids.

You can pierce anything and besides guys have flatter nipples then most women and they can get pierced just fine. I had my nipples pierced before, i don't think it can cause an orgasm but it does aid in it. Try barbells instead of rings it will make you nipples stick out more and when you take them out the scar tissue actually will keep them out more.

i had mine done when i was like 14 years old and one day it got caught on my shirt as i was taking it off and ripped it out of my left nipple. well 10 years later and that nip is permanently hard and i have little feeling in it. Not sure if it will affect woman differently cause of the glands women have but i hope i was a little help :)

You should still be able to. Even inverted nipples can sometimes be pierced! But make sure you mention it to your piercer, since usually they'll use longer or different jewelry to make it more comfortable for you.

actually my friend had inverted nipples and when she got hers pierced, it made them look really nice
