Randy, there are more lazy things. They are actually kind of entertaining. You want to laugh at the idiocy of them, or wonder if it really works that way.

Yes. And then I get so caught up in the crap their selling, I don't even want to change the channel. Thankfully, I'm not stupid enough to actually call the number.

they are many times spell binding. I continually capture myself observing the only for the little sandwich baker component the position the former lady makes each and every of different foodstuff. Or the only for the Bullet the position the annoyingly satisfied lady and the guy with the horribly fake British accent do an in-abode demonstration for all their travellers. that's affordable leisure even as there isn't any longer some thing else on.

Nope. An infomercial, to me, means that it's time to change the channel, pick up a book, go for a walk, play with the dog, check out what's on the radio, or do something else.

here in Singapore, a city like new york, we are bombarded by commericals during prime time too. prime time starts from about 8pm to 930pm everyday.

on average, for a half hour show in the prime time slot, there will be 2 commercial breaks, 3 minutes each.

because competition is so tight here for consumers' attention, the commercials there are really nice to watch. they are creative, explosive and attractive. so yes, sometimes i just sit and watch commercials.

but there are times where i just want to shut my eyes to these advertisements, because they ARE EVERYWHERE IN MY SMALL NATION! bus-stops, walls, malls, train stations, billboards, cafes, restaurants, cabs, shirts, on the roads, pavements, cars, in the sky, buildings etc etc.

crazy world i live in.

LOL! It's usually because I'm so tired I can't muster the energy to change it. It's really annoying to fall asleep with them on. I dream about Oxyclean and Proactive. Yikes! ;o)
