Wouldn't you be bored out of your FRICKIN MIND???

I would be. I mean, what does he do? Nothing. All Day. All Night. Nothing. Floods, Wars, Earthquakes.. (Actually, if he causes them, that would be pretty cool to be God and make that kinda stuff happen).

But like, watching grass grow. Watching the earth spin. Whoo Hooo.. But holy crap... Listening to whining people that are always needing stuff. Nobody is ever happy with him. That would just suck. No wonder he doesn't answer prayers, he stopped listening as soon as people learned how to talk.

If I were a God,I would install a software into a cosmic computer, duly approved by the majority of the all living beings.Thereafter, all prayers, explanations on disasters, questions by believers or atheists and every thing connected with life, death ,sufferings ,money, wealth, health, love, marriages, divorces, behavior of kids, education, jobs and bosses ,and all other aspects not covered here in but may arise from time to time, shall be dealt by the COSMIC COMPUTER. and the advice, decision, judgment or a ruling shall be communicated to all directly by it.having.done that and becoming totally free,I will then WATCH the fun.Any body out there to join me?welcome.aboard.

Is it not being too simplistic to put attributes to the Absolute that is beyond descriptions and attributes? When we try to put attributes to the concept of God, we are trying to limit the unlimited.Spare the futile efforts and instead concentrate on how to find the rhythm that regulates the univerese and holds the key to making your actions effortless and your powers enormous. It will enable you to help the poor and the sick and also the needy, and make you a small replica of God on Earth, however imperfect.

Yeah; He probably did stop listening as soon as we learned how to talk - what, with all our whining and whingeing, etc! ,,,not to forget our sheer 'blasphemy' when it doesn't go right with us! ... which is almost always, our own doing, or lack of it, when we seem to want something the easy way!

he certainly grieves over us though.
The scriptures often have testified at different happenings and periods of history that the "Heavens wept"!

As for His doing nothing all day: You sound like 'Ol'Man River', who's got nuttin' to do, but to roll around heaven all day!!

Well, let me give you a secret, if you are ready to receive it, that is:

God has declared that He has made "worlds without number", and "the inhabitants of them are begotten sons and daughters unto God" ... so He has declared Himself. If you want reference, I'll give it to you.

Now, let me tell you some other secrets:
When this work is complete, He has more to do all over again, but with completely different people - children.
...and guess who is by then, supposed to be ready to help Him!!
Yes; you're right again: you and I!!
Isn't it beginning to sound somewhat exciting already??!
Not ony that, but you could probably imagine that we are not His first 'creation' either!
No!

There will no doubt be others from previous salvations [if I should call them that], who are probably learning from Him right now, as His children, and helping Him with respect to this earth and the countless others.
He has declared that His works stretch the Heavens, and "worlds without number have I created, and for mine own purpose have I created them".

Not only that, but let me give you another secret:
Being the children of God: When God created Man, Genesis declares that "God created Man in His own image. Male and female created He them."
We are literally His spirit children. Many scriptures attest of that fact - as even Jesus said for us, "Our Father which art in Heaven ... "
Tying this all together then, as male and female are in the image of God, and He is our Father, that means we have a Heavenly mother; and in fact, the modern day Apostles of God declare that fact.
So, Heavenly Father has a wife.

After this life, all those who follow Him and covenant to remain His children become 'sealed' as His family eternally!

Do you still think His life is boring??!!
LOL !!!
I just think it is us who are boring!
Don't you??

He is excited and exciting and keeps me happy and in inner peace.

would you be bored when "No thought is witholden from Him." Job 42:2=Jesus knows every thought we think all at the same time

this is how I came to know the all knowing God=according to Jesus the Word of God made flesh (John 1:1&14) "Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God." Romans 11:17
If ones faith is in anything else they are trusting in error and will fail
this is what brought me as a Jew to the true faith in Jesus my savior best friend and joy and inner peace of my life and heavens promise too!=may I suggest true love that never ends and gets better every day-worked for me to come to true faith &=Love is the salutation of the angel to the stars.
For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in him wont go to hell tormented forever perised from God, but have the more abundant and everlasting life. John 3 & 10 and dont forget
Revelation 3:19&20 Jesus saith "I love you and ask you to repent from your sins (even one lie) and ask me in to be your friend."

how I got this true love that lasts-I prayed "Jesus thank you that you love me unconditionally, I am sorry for my sins, come into my heart and help me, be my friend, amen."

Revelation is a key -and Romans 1 said when we are unthankful and chose to worship the created instead of the creator-we need a new beginning in our life.

praying for you to find the true faith too, in amazing grace that saved me. David

If I was God, I would be elsewhere in the universe. All of these sniveling little primates would be quite irritating.

You are assuming that God behaves like us. These characteristics you pointed out are that of human beings.

What do you mean-" IF..". I AM GOD, Only I have to find where He is in me. Once I do so I would just lie back and enjoy my creation.
