you can talk to her about having sex, but you can not talk her into it

Whoa. Okay. You can't "talk" her in to anything, nor should you! You shouldn't pressure her unless she is ready.
You seem really young... So be sure that this is what you want, and what she wants. It's a big decision and if you have sex, that makes it easier to get a broken heart if things don't go perfectly all the time.
Why do you want to have sex? That is the most important question. Is it because you want pleasure? That's not a good reason. If it is because you truly love her and care about her and want to express your love, and she feels the same, then that is the right idea.
It's not just a meaningless act. It's a big thing, especially for girls it seems.

If she is not ready, it will be a huge mistake to talk her into it. She will feels bad about it afterwards, and may not even want to speak to you anymore. Let her take her time, she will let you know when she is ready. In the meantime, cold showers and masturbation will have to do!!
Do carry some condoms with you for the day she is ready. Remember that you do not want to have the responsibility of a child , when you are struggling to get through school. You certainly don't want to ruin a child's life by never being there for it either.

If the two of you are not mature enough to be thinking about what you will do if she gets pregnant, then you are not ready to be having sex. The TV shows are full of crap with the idea that you need to start having sex as soon as you reach puberty.

All you can do is talk to her about sex and about your feeling for her. If you don't love her or plan on being with her the rest of you life then don't bother. Why take that away from someone that you don't plan on being with forever. YOU CAN NOT TALK HER INTO HAVING SEX! It is her choice and if you force her it's called RAPE!

You don't. That's called pressuring a girl into something she doesn't want to do, which translates to you being an insensitive jerk. If she doesn't want to have sex with you, respect her wishes. If you pressure her into it and she does, it could end up (quite literally) ruining her life. If you really care about her, then it shouldn't matter if you don't have sex.

if she feels pressured into sex, then she definately wont do it and may end up leaving you. she'll think your just using her. let it alone, it will come along in time. your relationship will last much longer if you leave that stuff out. just stay at first base for a while.

You dont need to talk with her... just trying to close her...hold her hands, see in the eyes...and go near slowly...i am sure u will see her response...after that you dont need to talk about sex.

sex is an important topic and you should not rush yourself into anything. you should not rush any body into something like that. just give her some time and space and she will come to you .i say this because if you rush her you will disrespect her even yourself.
