My teeth are pretty healthy and i've never had any cavitys or anything wrong with my teeth, but all of a sudden all of them feel kind of loose?!

you might be biting too hard while sleeping without noticing it.

This can happen if they're not getting enough chewing exercise. You know raw carrots, apples, celery, Nuts, all those sorts of things that keep your gums healthy and help keep your teeth strong and healthy as well! Nope, Gum and chewy candy don't count. Too much sugar!!

Braces can make your teeth feel loose. So can gum disease. You should go to the dentist and discuss your concerns.

Are they your baby teeth? I'm 16 and my ortho had to take out like nine of my baby teeth cuz they were taking so long to come out themselves.
