instead of leaving her I'll tell her that you've put on a lot of weight and you should loose it. I'll help her in every possible way to get in shape. its not such a big problem.

I wouldn't have to leave her because I wouldn't let her gain that weight in the first place. But if she did, I wouldn't leave her. If she's a steady girlfriend, there's a damn good reason why I would go down that road. And it's not because of her looks.
Looks are the initial attraction, of course. But I am not shortsighted. Long-term happiness requires compatibility and connection. I don't think I'll ever find a soul mate. But I'll be damned if I don't look for someone close to that.

Anybody think about TALKING to her before dumping her? It's worth trying to find out why - since your girlfriend is a person you are supposed to care about. And that conversation should happen before the weight gain is 60 pounds.
The relationship you are in is supposed to be valuable to you, remember?

it matters
if she was like 5' 0 and then she was 150 and then gained 60 and was 210
then prolly yes
i dont do that
im a nice guy
that loves a girl for who she is
but thats a little to much for a shawty like her
but if she wasl ike 6'0 and weighed like 100 then gained 60 lbs then no
but i most likely would try to get her to loose weight
cuz its not healthy to gain 60 lbs in all of a sudden

of course not. but she'd have to weigh like 60 or 70lbs before the weight gain.

I HAVE to comment here, you must think we guys are pretty shallow. Well, I want you to know I wouldn't have a problem with dating an overweight woman.

YES! Most guys would. It all comes down to if the woman in question was a lazy slob or if she worked her *** off to try to get that blob of fat off of her. Than again some people love fat chicks. I dont.

hahaha, i'm a chick.. but i have to say, before i left for college i asked my boyfriend in jest if he'd leave me if i put on weight, he told me he'd love me no matter what size i am and i replied "we'll see".... so in theory, my boyfriend wouldn't... but in reality, he would.. i hope... that's unhealthy.
