Cut down on your carbs and fats. It will help alot. :)
First of all, start with being determined about it. Show yourself that you really want to lose weight.
Losing weight needs alot of motivation and confidence. Even if it means 5 kg.
95% of the population, on diets alone, tend to fail, and gain more weight than when they dont diet.
So i recommend that maybe, you should go to a nearby GYM and exercise. :D
I have went to the GYM many times before, and trust me, it works.
Hmm. Do 40-60 minutes of cardio (any type of cardio, from running to breeze walking on the trackmill, or even light cycling), and 20-30 minutes of toning up. Go there 2-3 times a week, and you will see yourself as a more healthier and more confident person.

Well losing weight is not easy, but hang in there, you didn't lose gain over night, and you're not going to lose it over night. don't by into diet fads!!! My bst advice, even tnough sometimes it's hard for me to follow is to eat more fruits and veggies, exercise and weight train. I've been told this and I've had good results, but I'm in the same boat you are, so it's a struggle, but you can do it!

sure eat 5 times a day a combined total of about 1600 calories and excercise daily 60 minutes of cardio or dancing ect

i'm 6'2 and weighed 260
i'm now down around 205...
try getting reduced fat items
baked instead of fried
greens instead of potatoes
ketchup instead of mayo...
the list goes on and on...
just look for healthy alternatives, exercise, and remember that 100 pounds will not dissapear overnight. it will take time motovation and work...

well remember if u eat 100 calories u have to loose 2 times that much to loose weight
and remember 2500 calories is a lb. so if u eat a thousand calories per day u have to loose 2000 to loose weight
