By "complete", do you mean all the historical ones still standing? Such as the ones in Luverne, Worthington, Pipestone, Fairfax MN and so on? You could try tracking them down through the railroad historical societies, such as Milwaukee Historical Association etc.

Have you tired the railroad's web site.
NJtransit.com, the New Jersey one, as an example, has maps with every single station listed in the state with commuter service.
Try that and hope it helps
Another source would be the Minnesota state Dept. of Transportation. They must have a map or public information officer that can assist you
