Taekwondo plus weightlifting and jogging...
Martial arts alone is not enough to make you super fit, Do not be mislead by those videos where people become super fit after taking martial arts, its all fake, to be super fit you have to do cardio which is jogging, weighlifting which is strength and ITF taekwondo which focus on flexiblitlity and stamina, then you would be very fit and can handle almost everyone..

Most martial arts can in some way add to your fitness level. There are seven elements of fitness, and each style has a different balance to those elements.
Karate can help. It can give you a decent workout. Freestyle Karate and K-1 are really good due to the heavy emphasis on sparring and strength.
You might not get "Crazy fitness" from Karate, but if you continue training, you will be fit.
Here's some I've considered based on just three of the seven elements of fitness.
Strength- Certain styles of Karate, Wrestling (Professional Style [Because many of the moves are based on actual Martial Arts moves], Greco/Roman, Sambo, whatever :P), Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, jujutsu et cetera...
Speed- Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira Regional, Jeet Kune Do (If you can find a school [Though the style is very open-ended])
Balance-Hapkido, Kajukenbo (A crazy hybrid Martial Art! :P) Taijitsu/Bujinkan (Unarmed Ninja Combat), et cetera...
Overall- All of the above and I can also throw in Escrima, Krav Maga, and Silat. Many styles can enhance your fitness in some way. Depending on your interpretation of "Crazy Fitness," you can choose from any of these and many other styles. Capoeira Regional is very good overall, but I've already suggested that twice, so I'm going to give it a break this time. :P
The choice is yours.
And remember: Rome wasn't built in a day.

you can go every day of the week if you want, but if you want crazy fitness effects you need to supplement your workouts with stuff at home. jog a mile or so a day, whatever the best path is that you have. change up how you run, run full blast for a block then jog for a block, switch it up. do push ups, crunches, squats, dips, etc. at home every day. not a massive amount though, its not going to help. do 50 of each every day, it may take you 10 minutes or so. only if you supplement your training is if you will get what you are looking for. Ask your instructors if they have any cardio classes or if they can make some classes more like a cardio class. another good way is to do your forms, but do them fast. do them all in a row, do them fast as if its a cardio exercise, then do them slow as well to make sure you're doing them right.

That can actually come down to the instructor. My first kung fu instructor didn't emphasize much fitness. He felt doing the forms was enough. My next instructor who taught the same style had us do a lot more exercising. A variety of push-ups, ab and leg exercises. We would leave the class drenched in sweat. And that's the way it should be.

Grappling will give you a new level of fitness. Be sure and find a school that does lots of sparring though, because that's were you get your work outs.

Muay Thai will blast your cardio to new levels. Seriously i thought i was in shape when i started it but i was wrong. Now over 2 years in my cardio has been bumped to that next level. I can outlast most of my friends in anything cardio wise.
Because of the amount of cardio used i also shed serious amounts of fat and toned up alot of my muscles.

Try weightlifting, less weight more rep;this will get you toned.
If you want to mass up, then More weight less rep.
Think about your diet as well, but you have to stay dedicated.
If that doesn't suit you try YOGA, this will kick your ***. And strengthen your body, also making you very flexible.

I don't advocate M"MA", but I would never recommend taking something called Crazy Monkey Defense... So, M"MA". I would bet every penny to my name that anything called Crazy Monkey Defense is a McDojo.
