Your dad should backhand you and bring you back into the fold. I don't agree with organized religions at all, but they're better than cults, and Rabbis are pretty kick-***.

I don't think anyone should try and convert anybody to their beliefs. If he wants to join you, he'll ask. Other than that, leave him alone on religion.

I agree with what seems to be the consensus, "you don't."
If you're dad is quite content and happy with his faith, you should let him be. And if your dad is happy for you that you have found something to believe in, then you should let him be happy in his faith.
