how do u drop the hint that u like a guy without looking desperate?

What worked for me was being more forward than I was comfortable with. I like a guy that I had just met, but he was really quiet and reserved. I knew that I had no chance at all unless I did something out of my norm. So... All my friends were leaving his house, and I got the guts to ask him if I could stay and flirt with him. Guess what? It worked. We've now been together over 15 YEARS!!!

Hints don't work on guys. They don't see the little things that women do. And telling him you like him isn't usually the best course of action either. If he isn't already flirting with you, you will have a hard time convincing him that you are right for him. If you are set on it, and you have the option, have a friend tell him he should be interested in you...in a roundabout way. Sometimes having someone else put the idea in his head may spark the thought. But otherwise, just be happy and nice...especially when he is around...to everyone...not just him. Make him see what a fun person you are and realize that he wants to get to know you better and be around you.

well most guys dont pick up on subtle hints so sometimes you have to come right out & say it. but others can get it if you start to talk to him more than you usually do & take interest in the things he likes. but dont follow him around bc that crosses the line of a stalker. Just drop a smile & a hi in between classes or @ the pool & if he likes you back he'll pick up on the hints.

Easy. Ask him out. No- it doesn't have to be to anything BIG...- Something local, like a passing Carnaval, Church barbeque, School ballgame- whatever. You can even make up the excuse- that it's something you'd like to go to- but you don't want to go alone. (And if he asks, "Why ME?", -then you come back with, "Why not? Don't you like- whatever it is..?") Give it a shot. ... If you wait around for a guy to "get the hint", some other girl will ask him FROM you! Good luck. :)
