He probably figured out that He screwed up the recipe here, and went to Jupiter or somewhere else.
It is obvious that He isn't here.

This god you speak of; the oft mentioned god of The Goat Herders' Guide to the Galaxy; would he be the one who everyone says is perfect?
There's a problem with that right there - a perfect being would NOT NEED anything because he was already perfect.
I know many Jesus-humpers aren't going to understand this progress of Logic and Reason session as it's something rarely considered in the Theistic circles BUT ...
If god was perfect he would not need us.
Therefore either ...
God does NOT exist and it is POINTLESS worshipping,
OR
God DOES exist but he's not perfect and therefore is not WORTH worshipping.
As Richard Dawkins suggested: A universe with a god would be a completely different kind of universe from one without, and it would be a scientific difference. God could clinch the matter in his favour at any moment by staging a spectacular demonstration of his powers, one that would satisfy the exacting standards of science. .

Well your example of broccoli is us evolving and growing. God is seen as an all knowing, all encompassing being. He is the alpha and the omega, he does not need to change his mind, he already knows what will happen and those are why he set up rules and commandments. I don't think God necessarily changes or needs to, but on society, the interpretation of the bible does.
Nowadays, we certainly would not stone a person for having an affair. Although it is looked down upon, people have lessened the severity of it. i think God never changed, I think man changes God and his word to fit the society they live and to justify how they want to live.
i hope this helps

that's an outstanding question. i replaced into raised in an fairly VERY Christian abode and replaced into taught to by no ability doubt the know God, in truth, contained in the Bible it says the in ordinary words unforgivable sin is to disclaim God and his existance. yet, i will no longer help yet ask your self, how did God get to be God? I propose how did God basically look and replaced into God? If he created each and every thing, then why did not he wreck the devil which replaced into undesirable. I easily have such numerous questions, yet in my relatives's faith, we are taught no longer to ask. basically to have self belief. that's basically not ordinary to even as they locate all of those new planets and probabilities of extraterrestrials (no longer confident a thanks to spell that) and issues that were no longer reported contained in the Bible, ya comprehend? the in ordinary words end I easily have got here to is to have self belief, that way if there's a God, i'd be guaranteed to pass there. If there isn't any longer a God, nicely it gained't damage some thing because when I die then i might want to be nonexistant.

The world may change, you may start liking collard greens but the bible will never change. The bible is the same today, yesterday, and forever. God did change, read the old testament. God did not tolerate the things we do now back in the old testament, he killed people for complaining but when he sent his son Jesus Christ he changed his entire attitude about us. God gave them no chances in the old testament, but the new testament we are allowed chance after chance after chance. He was here as man, he knows what it is like to be sick, what it is like to be without, what it is like to be in pain, what it is like to lose a child. We live in the new testament where God has mercy on us. Without his mercy we would be just like the complainers and sinners "turned to stone, killed, etc." There are things the bible says he detest, homosexuality to name one. He hates the sin, but he loves the sinner. Hey, all other religions change, but "the bible" stays the same today and forever more. By the way it is also a sin to change the bible.

People do NOT change God.
People do not have the immortal capacity to do so.
People are human...limited, mortal, & flawed.
God is none of those things.
God says,"I AM The Alpha and The Omega (The beginning and The End) I change NOT."
God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Thank goodness HE does not change, for surely He would have given up on mankind eons ago.

No, no.
The Bible states many times that God has always been the same and will always be the same.
He won't change, no matter how much you want him to.
Society can change, but God won't change.
He's quite adamant about that, you know.
Thing is
All religions change, but the Bible doesn't.
The Bible actually makes a point to that and states it a few times.
And that last sentence made no sense.
It contradicted everything before it.

He did. Read the OT and look for when "The Lord Repented".
God did change His mind.
Genesis is a good book to read to see how the "Lord repented".
Today's use of that word is not like the use of it in the old days.

The Word of God is the Bible. His Word doesn't change. God's Word is everlasting. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. You can believe it or not believe it. God is not religion. Religion is created by man.

What God thinks can be found in the Bible. He is all-knowing, and there is no reason for Him to change His mind.

God does not have to change. Maybe the way we perceive and understand His love changes.
