I have them but i'm pretty sure i don't have that problem where its not fat but actual breast tissure because i'm overweight. I've been working out for 2 weeks (just started my third week today) I know that it will take time but i just want to be more knowledgable on how to lose them.

currently i do chest presses and push ups and i run because the only way to lose them (I think) is to lose weight from all over your body then all the push ups/chest presses start to show correct?

you are wright - cardio is the only fat burning exercise - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min) and combine with light weight training to tone muscle and not lose it because cardio burns both - fat and muscle
do weight training first and then cardio - dont work on the same muscle group two days in a row.

spot training won't help. you need to lose overall body fat to make them go away.
