I have heard of a 'prolapsed colon' [ and seen it ], but not a 'trunk colon'.It can be caused by several different diseases, including cancer and intestinal blockage.
High fiber foods such as whole grains, raw fruits and vegetables help avoid constipation. Also, regular cardio exercise, and drinking plenty of fluids help to prevent it.
I recommend drinking a glass of water every hour until results are produced.
The ideal human digestive system should go at least once a
day - if you aren't, increase fiber, water, and exercise.
[ the longer fecal matter remains in your colon, the more toxins you absorb, and the drier and harder the stools will be. ]
