well this is what she told me... she was home and she was looking for me but she couldn't find me and rafa (my cousin) said that he hadnt seen me and that i disappeared. as she was looking for me she got depressed because she thought i had left her or died. so she started to look for a new boyfriend then she met my clone. she started going out with him and then she went to go see her cousin. her cousin my friend were fixing up on old brown car. she showed them her new boyfriend and my friend said "oh my god. wheres vega(me) and why does he have a clone?" she said "i dont know." my clone had shorter hair and a darker tan. but she didnt like him because he wasnt like me and she told him that. and he was like "ok" and then she woke up because her phone was ringing. it was my text. the thing is a few days before this dream we were all together. my friend, her cousin, and my cousin and my brother. she told my brother that he was really tanned and nagged me about cutting my hair.

She basically still love u however everyone have a hidden desire to look for someone better and it reflect this in her dream that she hope to find someone better than u but still resemblance u in certain ways, she have a conflicting desire in this sense as she clearly still wish to have u as the main person only in a better way but don worry it is only a desire everyone have but will be gone in a second.

Basically, your girlfriend wants you to 'change' for her, but, at the same time, she is afraid that the change will somehow 'alter' you to the point that she no longer likes you, or that you will disappear.
Brothers symbolize connection, so she connected the 'appearance' of your brother with the change she is nagging you about. In other words, cutting your hair, in the dream, made you disappear and made you into your brother, someone she is not interested in.
It could also simply mean she felt guilty about nagging you about your hair, and the dream was her way of dealing with that guilt, built around the experience in which she made the comment.
