No.
It's Mayan thing.
BUT there is an ASTERIOD out there and it's due to make a close pass to the Earth in 2029 and 2031 and POSSIBLY HIT the Earth.
It could be the Mayan's predicted this and got the date wrong or there is something else out there or it's just another Y2K hoax.

a brilliant number of issues. yet no longer the start of any messianic discern. We do have some organization dates around that factor. as an occasion, Herod the super governed Judea as a Roman puppet king until eventually 4 BCE. Then the dominion became broken up and chop up between his sons. the section including Jerusalem and Bethlehem became governed by making use of Herod Archelaus. He wa no longer very sturdy king, and the Romans kicked him out ten years later in 6 CE, appointed a governor - Coponius who had Quirinius take a census. So, in accordance to the bible Joseph and Mary had to pass the Bethlehem for the census, and so Jesus might ought to be born after 6 CE. So, unquestionably no longer around one million CE. yet wait, there is extra! in accordance to the bible the sensible men stopped with Herod the super, and he ordered all little ones around Bethlehem massacred. So Jesus had to be born in the previous 4 BCE. So unquestionably no longer around one million CE. So right this is the proclaimed miracle of Jesus' start. It had to be the two in the previous 4 BCE and after 6 CE. Now it incredibly is a miracle and a one million/2. (Or would desire to it incredibly is that it is basically all fable? Nah, being born ten years in the previous/once you have been born is a lot extra possibly)

If something happens on this date it will be of mankind's own will! Not of God's will! God will come like a thief in the night so be prepared now and always! People have predicted end times for ages, believe me, if you read the bible things will get worse than they are right now. This is my own personal thought that there will be a chastisement of the world, before the true end. God is always giving us lost souls chances, so I do believe there will be a warning before! But don't take any chances, believe now! Live your life for his glory and help to lead others to him too! Always be ready in GODS will!

Jews do not believe the world will end on 12/2012. You have us confused with a different religion.

No one knows what will happen by that time even if many said that it's going to be the end of the world. As the Bible says, no one knows the time when He will appear or come back to take us (rapture). But definitely, His Second Coming is very near. Are you ready?

"It" can say it all it wants. The Bible says nothing of that date. The day and time is not known. If we knew, our loyalty to God would be for the wrong reason. We are to have faith and keep on the watch.
Jesus said only the Father knows of that day and time. If Jesus didn't know, what would make mankind know over Jesus?

Olympics. Yay.
Presidential election. Boo.
If the world is seriously going to end, can't they move it up to October so we don't have to watch all those campaign ads? God, I hate campaign ads!
