Well, she said She found God, and shes spiritual. And God has given her another chance. and she was caught buying a bible.

Do you believe she'll stay that way when she gets out? or what?

Do you think she'd change?

whats all your opinions.

I hope she changes, and it'd be good if she became a christian/role model.

pray for reality and grounding in Jesus even in jail for her

there will be many temptations when she comes out-especially money -my Jewish family offered me money to forsake Jesus- I told them I cant take Jesus out of my heart even if I wanted to, but I dont want to. the price I paid-taken out of the family will, and a funeral by my own mom for me.

yet miracles have made us best friends-
this is the miracle that got me to Jesus even without jail=according to Jesus the Word of God made flesh (John 1:1&14) "Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God." Romans 11:17
If ones faith is in anything else they are trusting in error and will fail
this is what brought me as a Jew to the true faith in Jesus my savior best friend and joy and inner peace of my life and heavens promise too!=may I suggest true love that never ends and gets better every day-worked for me to come to true faith &=Love is the salutation of the angel to the stars.
For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in him wont go to hell tormented forever perised from God, but have the more abundant and everlasting life. John 3 & 10 and dont forget
Revelation 3:19&20 Jesus saith "I love you and ask you to repent from your sins (even one lie) and ask me in to be your friend."

how I got this true love that lasts-I prayed "Jesus thank you that you love me unconditionally, I am sorry for my sins, come into my heart and help me, be my friend, amen."

Revelation is a key -and Romans 1 said when we are unthankful and chose to worship the created instead of the creator-we need a new beginning in our life.

praying for you to find the true faith too, in amazing grace that saved me. David

I worked in the prison system for years, and have had several incarcerated loved ones with whom I corresponded as well as other incarcerated pen pals through a ministry. Almost all incarcerated people appear "reformed" while they are still locked up. They can be all talk and do not need to have the character to back it up with action, since their environment is totally structured for them. Never believe the declarations of religion, being reformed, etc. from any incarcerated person unless they back it up with action after their release. They are lovely to communicate with, and probably many even believe their own declarations of being reformed, but when the rubber hits the road most pick up where they left off, a short time after they rejoin society.

I think anyone can change. If Paris changes, I think that is a good thing for her. I think some things in her life do need to change, but she needs to do it because she wants to--no other reason. I think it's very possible that she has changed or will continue to change. I don't think it's fair to lump her together with everyone that is rich and a celebrity and say that she is just that way and will never change. That isn't fair at all. I don't care if someone is a convicted murderer or Paris Hilton. Anyone can change. Anyone can accept God.

We will all get to a point in our lives where there will be no one human that you can turn to to help you in your hour of need. But God is always there, waiting.

Paris is at that point in her life. Daddy's money could not do it but God can. I hope she continues in her quest. I pray that God touches her spirit and draws her near and that she does have an experience.

God can use Paris Hilton. Who knows maybe Nicole Richie will follow.

Praise God who works in mysterious ways and whose wonders never cease

I think it's kinda weird for her to say that she's found spirituality when she's only been in jail for 9 days. Nonetheless, I hope that she'll learn her lesson and become a better person because of it.

We tend to get closer to God when we are in trouble or facing a big problem in life. That's normal. I hope she really starts over somehow. I don't know about religion, but I hope she considers other things in life from now on, like self-enlightenment and spiritual growth, other than just material things an luxury.

Peace!

She would first have to develop a couple of added personality traits like a brain, some sense of humility, and a modified ego that would allow for the possibility that she might not be the worlds only valued person.

If she met real criminals in prison, then maybe she got scared straight. She must have understood that if next time, she is drunk driving and kills someone she will be guilty of 3rd degree murder and she will do hard time for many years.

She thought she was tough but she may have met some women that are really tough.

I think she is sincere. Many people turn to God in a crisis. I did after I was arrested for DUI. It took a while but, I did get sober and have a relationship with God now.

There is alot of pressure on her and she will need support to live a good life.

I wish her the best.

Right now she's a spoiled brat.

What she needs is a good old fashioned spanking.

I hope the rumors I've heard are true.

Time will tell.
