Hmmm well have you set your head on fire for the sole purpose of removing your hair ? If yes then your dumb. The hair will gorw back unless you actually burn your scalp clean off.

Burning hair stinks, smells like crusty month old knickers that are being fried in a deep fat fryer.

Thats a really poo question ! god why am i answering this ?

Boredom i guess.

Fire wouldn't be anymore effective than shaving. The only options for permanent hair removal are electrolysis and laser hair removal.

If the burn is deep enough to completely destroy the root of the hair. Like 3rd degree. I've had 2nd degree and my hair grew back just fine.

Hair will grow back, as long as it hasn't been burnt so badly that it's destroyed the area of tissue, skin which contains the hair follicles and nerves where the hair had been growing.

Nah- I had a mate who had crabs and he set his pubes on fire. Burnt his knob a bit and we had t rush him to Casualty. Dosy sod. It was funny- so I recommend it if you want to look a fool.

For serious burn victims- if it is second degree burns- then yes- the hair cells will be damaged.
