Well first off, if you are trying to look good, and that's all, then go with numbers 1 or 3. But, you need to practice these moves every single day for at least an hour or 2 and be able to pull them off in 1 second or less. The general rule with fighting techniques is that if it can be pulled off in 1 second or less then it is effective, so even the most flashy and ridiculous moves can be effective if practiced enough. The problem with this is that you will probably only be able to perform that one move the best, and all your other techniques will be nigh useless. I had a friend in high school who was in TKD and he was a very high belt, (brown I think) and he got to the level where they teach the 360 degree kick. Well most TKD practitioners only learn this move so they pass their belt test, or maybe to get a few extra points during sparring. Well, my friend was obsessed with this move (it is very flashy after all) and dedicated a full hour every day to just this one move, and another hour for all his other techniques. Later, he was able to pull off the kick in under 1 second and he kicked a sand bag 6 feet! (he was 17 by the way) He later was put on probation for getting in a street fight and breaking several ribs on the guy he was fighting, sad but cool. (did I say "cool"? Oops, I meant "true," yeah that's right...)
HOWEVER, if you are looking to defend yourself, and not get the snot beat out of you then go with number 2, but instead of the knee (if you knock his kneecap off you're looking at permanent damage that you or your mum will be paying thousands of dollars for in hospital bills) kick the shin, and then instead a backwards kick (?) simply kick in the chin or side of the head. If you want to do a leg sweep as well, you have to distract your opponent first, try punching him in the face and then sweep the legs, When he's down put your knees on his biceps or shoulders, that will stop use of his arms, and then fire off 3-6 fast punches and get off. Eventually the guy will roll over or kick you with his legs, so staying on top of a guy is not always the best course of action.

All of them would work, but that depends a lot on you.
Practicality and simplicity aren't synonymous, but depending on the person: They may have a link.
2 and 4 are simple to the point, and they are much better as introductory attacks. 1 and 3 are good, but unless you are skilled they really aren't something you should strive to do unless you're looking for a finisher. I do Tae Kwon Do as one of my arts. I tend to kick the body or head. That depends, however. There's many places that can be damaged with the right strike. Mixing it up is what gets your opponents off guard.

Chances are, that if you don't have fight training, once you get in that situation you would have so much adrenaline that you wouldn't even think about it and you would be too busy trying to get the other person away from you. In other words, you would be swinging wildly. If not you, then they would be, and you wouldn't have time to really set anything up like what you have listed, though many of the choices are impractical.

If you want to learn to really fight, forget all that flashy crap on TV and in the movies. 90% of it won't work.
