in terms of calories it really depends on how many slices you consume. in terms of how pizza effects fat loss? it does in a very negative way. the combination of high fat and processed carbs can wreak havoc on insulin levels, essentially shutting down the fat burning process for many hours (up to 6+).
best to consume pizza early in the day if you are on a fat reduction type diet

it really depends on the type of pizza it is.. a"good type" of pizza for ur diet is low in calories and low in fat.. its pretty rare to find pizzas that have both.. although they do make it

Depends on the diet you are on....It is okay to reward yourself on occasion...pizza is high in salt and carbs though.

If you are counting calories.. count the calories. If you are winging it... eat a couple of slices and share the remainder with someone handsome and hungry!
