1 Thessalonians 4:

7For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.

8He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit.

9But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.

We are supposed to love one another as Christ loves us - freely and unconditionally.

Yes, I love my brother and others around me that way and I have received that kind of love in return.

well i do love others but i am not yet made perfect into it yet.

JESUS loves you.Have u recieved JESUS for the forgiveness of your sins?

John 3:16[kjv] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with the blood JESUS shed on the cross.

With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

sure, once you completely positioned the affection for somebody else first, you could forsake even your mom and pa,sister, brother, and particular even your person self. I basically wish such love is ,the affection of God with the aid of Jesus, once you alter into that dedicated, The Holy Ghost comes into your life, a recent,a comforter from the father,"blessed be He", by making use of potential of Jesus, and all love and excitement returns to you, some 10 fold, some a hundred, and so on, some describe it as being born returned. :) as a manner to respond to your question,i might say,sure...temporally in Jesus, even though it is going to return.

I probably should be sending this as a question, but I really need to ask someone who knows the bible. The bible says to love our neighbors as our selves. And Jesus said If you do not forsake your brothers ,family etc. to follow me ,you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. My question is how do I love my neighbor. My neighbor is my family , people I see every day, any and everybody. And follow jesus. If my family are nonbelievers ?

I think that people need to love themselves a whole lot more. I'm not talking vanity, I'm talking about the kind of love that leads a person to truly appreciate the wonderful thing that they are. And only when we truly appreciate ourselves can we love our"neighbors " as we should.

It's a struggle to like myself as much as my husband and my children love me but I love myself more than alot of other people love me in the world. I hope that changes. I know people loved Pollyanna. I guess you have to be more like her. Maybe SHE'S better than Jesus!

honestly, i love god... but i love my daughter more than anything in the world... she is my reason for living now, without her, i would have no hope. i wouln't kill myself, i would will myself to die... in my opinion, no love is greater or purer than the love of a child...
