I am 16 and I really love my boyfriend (he is 18) just the other day he asked me about sex I told him maybe he said "If your worried about getting pergnat don't worry cause I'm going to marry you anyway." I had been dating him scince I was 11 and we just had a three month break up where I got together with 1 kid and this other guy I never really liked just felt sorry for then he begged to get back together. Yes this a repost but I was talking to my boyfriend and he said that in August when I turn 17 he is going to propose and he said that if we do it now by the time we have the baby we'll be married. Do you think that he is for real or not?

Guys will do and say anything to get you "in the sack." Don't do something you are going to regret. What's wrong with waiting till you are out of high school and college? If you want any kind of a future, wait...kids, though awesome, fun, and really cool, are a handful and if he gets you pregnant and leaves you...you are stuck to take care of the kids...which means probably dropping out of high school and not going to college. Just wait.

If he's really in it for "real" then he can wait for you. You are only 16. You have a whole future ahead of you. I know it feels wonderful to be loved by someone so much and thinking of a family with him is a dream come true. But you First need to create your Own life. Achieve your dreams and hopes. Study and get a good job. Give service and respect for your parents for the many years they reared you. I don't think your body and mind is really for that kind of situation yet. You two can never know what lies ahead. Take it slow. If he really loves you he'll understand that you want to wait and i think he will respect you more for having a strong principle. He has his needs ofcourse, but if you're not fully ready then it would be a disaster. If he insists on doing it you might want to think twice if he really loves even after being with him for almost 5 years. Sex doesn't prove Love.

i think you should wait. you never know what will happen, its harder to take a break when your married its a big step and you should make sure this is the guy you would want to spend the rest of your life with no question not just because youve been together since you were 11 things change you know, and beside 17 is far to young to get married your still a kid for goodness sake whats the hurry and the sex thing do it when your ready not just because he is.

No. Do you honestly think he will propose to you? He's 18. You'll be 17. And how in the heck do you know if you will be pregnant? Do you really want to become a teen mother? Does he have what it takes to be a father just IN CASE you do become pregnant.
Sounds like he's trying to pull a fast one on you so that he can satisfy his manly needs. Period.

Unfortunately, it sounds like he is saying everything that he thinks you want to hear in order to get into your pants!
IF you do want to have sex with him (without him pressuring you) - then make sure he "wraps it up". And tell him NO EXCUSES!!! - there are a lot worse things in the world than pregnancy...

The fact you're worried whether he's for real says to me you shouldn't do it. If you don't trust him you shouldn't sleep with him. I'm not saying don't give him a chance though - if it turns out he is true to his word you should reconsider then.
