Labor isn't included in the exercises, it's work (part of my job).

when you go over 60min of cardio you are actually doing more bad than good to your body

yup that right there is the definition of pushing it... you can start out like that and then slow down ... or you could continue taking the 1200 cals but eliminate one of the excersices your doing or just reduce them for example do 45 min on a treadmill 15-20 min of other excersice and 1-2 hours of moderately intense labor
