You need something that fits well and is designed to be supportive. C cups and larger have more "mobility" and support and fit can be an issue.
Because fit is important, what works is different for everyone. I've a few sites to recommend for some choices; I've been doing research on this issue myself!

One other thing to try is a sports bra over an undewire - sort of a "support and stuff" theory of motion control.
Good luck!

I would recommend a sports or fitness bra. They're designed to hold things in place while exercising. I don't have this issue myself but I have a friend with a similar issue. I'd recommend going to your local sporting goods store and checking out their selection. If you're budget is tight you might try Target, or Wal-Mart.

You wear a sports bra designed for C/D sized women.
I am with you--its tough to find one thats good
I know some girls that wear 2 or 3 and use duck tape (athletics for school)
good luck

Buy yourself a good athletic bra in either the sport section of any department store, or work out wear. They offer good support so your boobs won't be flying all over the place when doing aerobic activities.

You can use a sport bra, you can buy it in walmar, kmart. JC Penny, Sears, Macy's etc... You can find it in any store that sells sport wear. Maybe you think is simple, but that it. The sport bra is what I use for support.

I would go to a Department Store, Dillards, Nordstroms, Macys, etc. and talk to a pro. They can show you the best bra for your build and needs.
