There are no atheists in jail because GOD is in jail. Seriously. Paris found GOD in jail, so He must be real.

Have you also ever noticed that there are no Christians in the board room, sales meetings or the trading floor?

When it comes to the work place where the Almighty Dollar rules, whether management or worker, Christianity is out the window once more. Sometimes it seems that the only place it ever shows up is in the foxhole.

There are only SOLDIERS in foxholes. Differences in religion or race become their most meaningless when you have to work together while bullets are flying by your ears.

Besides, I never understood that stupid line anyway, "There are no atheists in foxholes". Isn't that just saying that religion is for the desperate and hopeless? Is that the message these religious people want to convey?

Um, I work with a prison ministry. Not every prisoner accepts Christ or even pretends too. There are a lot of bitter people in there and some of them are atheists because they have had a bad life.

True story.

No, they saying regarding foxholes refers to a person Turing to God in the most frightening situations. It is to say that we turn back in times of trouble.

A lot of atheists enter prison who come out not being atheists anymore. Apparently, it's even going to happen to Paris Hilton, if what she said to Barbara Walters is to be believed.

What?

I thought there were no atheists in foxholes because they were smart enough to skip town when the draft board came around.

I ain't trying to be mean or anything, but, prison and a war-zone do have alot in common. Do people just fold into some kind of faith in a high stress environment?
